The Catholic Foundation
Committee Structure
There are 5 active committees that operate under the Board of Directors of the Catholic Foundation. Each committee has a unique role and plays an integral part in moving the Catholic Foundation Board of Directors forward in its mission. The officers of the Catholic Foundation as well as the committee chairs hold expiring terms. Terms of office are up for renewal every two years at the fall board meeting. The new officers generally begin their term the spring of the following year and will begin serving their two-year term at that time.
The 5 committees with the Catholic Foundation board and their function are:

Membership: Responsible for board recruitment
and membership to advance foundation’s mission.

Development: Responsible for the foundation’s
revenue generation activities, i.e., campaigns, projects, etc.

Grant Review: Responsible for foundation’s
grants and other distributions.

Investment/Finance: Responsible for effective
management of foundation’s resources,
i.e. investments, budgets, etc.

Program: (Responsible for the foundation’s
special projects and programming.)
